The Washington Redskins have to sign quarterback Kirk Cousins

The Washington Wizards have been in the process of signing Kirk Cousins, a source told Yahoo Sports.
The deal includes a no-trade clause and guarantees the Redskins the right to match any offer sheet the Redskins receive from the Minnesota Timberwolves, a league source told The Washington Times.
The Wizards have the right of first refusal on Cousins.
